Each new day presents both opportunities and challenges to be the version of ourselves that we all strive for. However, sometimes instead of feeling calm, centered, and grounded you find that you’re struggling to manage feelings of doubt, low self-esteem or anxiety.
Figuring out the path to feeling better can feel scary or uncertain, but I believe therapy can be transformative and can help you move toward the version of yourself that you envision. I’m so glad you’re here! I believe change is possible. |
About my practice
I provide a safe, non-judgmental, and accepting environment to clients of all backgrounds. My goal is to ensure that, as a client, you will feel confident that you have someone aligned with and supporting you as you progress through your counseling experience.
About me
In over 10 years as a therapist, I've helped clients gain insight into their struggles, improve relationships with others, and increase self-esteem. In our work together, my goal will be to help you feel more empowered to cope with life's challenges while also gaining an understanding of yourself, and to help you experience a greater sense of peace and well-being.
I take pride in my ability to establish a genuine and authentic connection with my clients, by creating an environment that fosters feeling safe and validated. Through our sessions we will be able to establish individual goals towards wellness and feeling empowered; I am invested in clients becoming more seen and heard in their lives. I offer an authentic style of therapy that helps individuals find the validation they are looking for.
I lean heavily on both a person-centered approach and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), while pulling from different treatment modalities that meet my clients where they are. I take pride in my clients developing tools to help them navigate their lives more successfully.

Services & fees
I offer individual therapy for adults. Therapy sessions are 55 minutes in length and are by appointment only. The fee for a 55 minute individual therapy session is $200; I accept Blue Cross Blue Shield insurance. Typically, most people attend therapy once per week; longer or more frequent sessions may be available depending on the issues you are working on and the length of time we have been working together. Payment for therapy must be made in full at the beginning of each session, and may be made by cash, check, or major credit card at the beginning of each session.
I accept Blue Cross Blue Shield insurance; however, when paying privately, no diagnosis is required, and your treatment goals and session limits are not dictated by insurance, but rather by your own progress and wishes. Answers to some Frequently Asked Questions about insurance vs paying out-of-pocket may also be helpful.
